By paying the MDPen invoice or processing online checkout, the purchaser accepts the following policies from MDPen (“seller”): Purchaser accepts all responsibility for assuring that they or their business is properly licensed and has met the requirements to legally use in their state the products or services they purchase from MDPen. Seller is not responsible for giving legal advice.

MDPen Return Goods Policy: All product returns are subject to a restocking charge up to 50% which will be deducted from any refund. 1) purchaser must contact seller prior to returning any items to receive Return Goods Authorization. 2) Authorized returned items must be received by seller within 7 days of sale. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. 3) All returned products must be sealed, unused, and include all accessories, and attachments. 4) Refunds will issued via a check. ALL training and service fees are non-refundable, even if products are returned. There are no exchanges once the invoice is paid.
